Oliver is a licensed REALTOR® with McEnery Residential, where he has facilitated more than $15.5 million in transactions since 2022. His legal background — a J.D. from Tulane University and a B.A. in History from the University of Virginia — equips him to navigate complex transactions and consistently deliver optimal outcomes for clients and partners alike.

In 2017, Oliver founded Wysteria Properties a New Orleans-based real estate development firm dedicated to restoring blighted and historically significant properties across the city's most iconic neighborhoods. Rooted in the belief that every resident deserves to live in a vibrant, well-maintained community, Wysteria targets properties burdened by unpaid taxes, substandard conditions, or chronic underuse — transforming them into thriving homes and businesses that strengthen the city's economy and preserve its irreplaceable architectural heritage.

Oliver brings legal acumen, financial discipline, and genuine community investment to every project. Under his leadership, Wysteria has maintained a 100% project success rate with returns exceeding 20%, and in 2025 developed nine projects totaling more than $8 million in value.
